Booking and reservations
Customers are encouraged to book rides at least 1-2 hours in advance. Reservations are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Speedy Shuttle & Taxi reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings when necessary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information.
Pricing and payments
Fares displayed in the app are estimates and may vary based on distance, time, route changes, additional stops, waiting time, and other applicable fees.
Additional fees may apply when applicable. Payment may be collected through the app or other approved payment methods.
Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel rides before the driver is dispatched without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur cancellation fees.
Speedy Shuttle & Taxi reserves the right to cancel rides due to safety concerns, weather conditions, vehicle issues, or operational circumstances.
Rider responsibilities
Customers agree to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers; wear seatbelts where required by law; avoid damaging vehicles; not engage in illegal activities during rides; and not bring dangerous or prohibited items into vehicles.
Speedy Shuttle & Taxi may refuse service to anyone whose behavior threatens safety.
Delays
Estimated arrival and travel times are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, road conditions, and other factors may affect schedules.
Speedy Shuttle & Taxi is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.
Lost property
Speedy Shuttle & Taxi is not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in vehicles. If an item is found, reasonable efforts will be made to return it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Speedy Shuttle & Taxi is not liable for indirect damages, missed appointments, missed flights, delays caused by external conditions, losses resulting from service interruptions, or other damages that may be limited under applicable law.
User accounts
Users may be required to create an account and are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Changes to these Terms
Speedy Shuttle & Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective once posted in the app or on our website.
