Personal information: name, phone number, email address, payment information, and profile details.
Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, discounts, receipts, Stripe customer and payment method identifiers, and limited payment method details such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date when provided by Stripe. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers or security codes on our servers.
Ride information: pickup and drop-off locations, trip history, ride preferences, passenger details, ride status, and related service records.
Location information: device location while using the app, including location data needed for pickup, drop-off, dispatch, navigation, and ride tracking features.
Device information: device type, IP address, operating system, app usage information, app version, and authentication session data.
Communications: messages you send to support, support tickets, notification preferences, and push notification tokens when notifications are enabled.
How we use information
We use your information to process bookings, provide transportation services, improve app performance, communicate ride updates, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain safety, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
Information sharing
We may share information with drivers assigned to your ride; payment processors; service providers supporting app operations, maps, routing, hosting, authentication, email, SMS, and notifications; operations and support staff; authorities when legally required; or other parties with your consent.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect personal information. However, no online system or method of transmission can guarantee complete security.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations. Some records may be retained after account deletion when required by law or legitimate business needs.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support. When you delete your account, we remove login access and clear personal profile fields such as phone, saved locations, and payment customer identifiers tied to your profile. Operational, transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained when required.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information, or withdraw certain permissions. Children's privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years old without parental consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
